Today Ashley and Paul are getting married! Congratulations to you both. We are so excited to be able to cover their wedding at the St. Louis Zoo, today. Their engagement photos were going to take place at the City Museum, but due to it being crowded, we made a quick location change. I am so happy with the way these shots turned out, and you can definitely see the love between these two. Click below to see this beautiful couple!

Caitlin and Tony were so photogenic, it was easy to capture their personalities on camera. I was lucky enough to have another photographer, Beth of EEI Photography, refer them to me. Beth didn't have their wedding date available, so she gave Caitlin my contact information. They had already had engagement photographs taken by Beth, but their wedding package included a complimentary engagement session. Caitlin let me know they wanted to do something near water, to get a different feel than their previous photographs. Luckily, I knew the perfect riverfront access. We met up before sunset, and Caitlin and Tony were instantly comfortable in front of the camera. We had so much fun shooting, and I cannot wait for their wedding, which is today! So congratulations Caitlin and Tony! Thank you so much for allowing us to be involved in your amazing ceremony! Click below to see more images of this cute couple. Earlier this year, I started posting listings on Craigslist to try and draw some photography business. I had never used it as an advertising tool in the past, but heard of others having success with it. Shortly after posting my first listing, Nikki contacted me about some engagement portraits of her, and her fiance, Corey. I was excited, to say the least.
After speaking through emails, we found that St. Charles Main Street in St. Charles, MO would be the best location for the couple. They were getting ready to move, due to employment, but wanted some shots from their time in Missouri. After making arrangements, the day arrived, and we met up. This couple was a blast to shoot! We were concerned we would have to cancel due to rain, but luckily as the day went on, the sun came out and we got some beautiful sunset shots towards the end of our session. All in all, the photographs turned out amazing. Click below to check out more! :) David and Jarrod contacted us to shoot their wedding next year. Since we offer clients a free one hour engagement session with certain wedding packages, we met up awhile back to shoot these amazing photographs. We had a blast with them, and definitely cannot wait to cover their big day next year!
You can see a few more select shots by clicking "Read More" below :) A few weekends ago, I took a trip out to Alton, Ill to shoot engagement photographs for my cousin, Sam, and her fiancé, Joe. The day ended up being a little gloomy, but wasn't anything we couldn't work with. Most of these were shot with an AB1600 shoot through a 50" umbrella and a SB600, bare, behind Sam and Joe. We are booked to shoot their wedding, in December, as well as providing their reception with a photo booth. So, be sure to be on the lookout for those later this year.
